Leading through Change

When I started at Grontmij (formerly Carl Bro Group), I invited Pharos to help us implement change because they use the right balance of challenge and support, tough conversations and fun. It had to be right first time, and I could rely on Pharos to be honest and pragmatic.

As part of the wider change work, Pharos implemented a leadership development programme. All those that took part are talking about its success, saying how much they’ve learnt, tried out new ideas, and how aware they are of their impact on each other. It has significantly changed the way they interact with their teams, like a bow-wave right down through the organisation.
